Key responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance
Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licences, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct Transaction monitoring.
Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring reviews.
Review high-risk client files and escalations.
Assist in the identification, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activities.
Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory returns and reports and audits.

Key skills

Degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, risk, or regulatory roles within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of FSC Mauritius requirements, AML/CFT legislation, and regulatory expectations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
