Site Reliability Engineer

Main mission

This role exists to ensure optimal service quality and maximum system availability for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential failure points and establish tolerances for IT outages.
• Ensure the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident management of the company's platforms and services.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to build systems that respond to failures while integrating operational deliverables.
• Ensure that launched systems and applications remain available, reliable, and efficient as they evolve.
• Design, build, and automate tools and processes to enhance scalability, availability, and performance across technologies.

Key skills

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) in an agile DevOps environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Experience with AWS services, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Background in UNIX/Linux systems administration
• Programming skills (Python, Bash, Java)
