Key responsibilities
- Property Records Management — You maintain organized and up-to-date records of propertyrelated information, including leases, contracts, tenant information, maintenance records, and financial documentation. 2.
- Lease Administration — You handle lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and monitoring lease terms and conditions.
- You ensure that lease terms are adhered to, track lease expirations, and manage lease renewals or terminations. 3.
- Tenant Relations — You act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- You coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, conduct property inspections, and enforce lease terms regarding property use, maintenance, and repairs. 4.
- Rent Collection and Financial Management — You oversee rent collection processes, monitor rent payments, and coordinate with accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- You may also prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to the properties. 5.
- Compliance and Regulations — You stay updated with local laws and regulations pertaining to property management, ensuring that the properties and operations comply with applicable codes and standards. 6.
- Reporting and Documentation — You prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, financial metrics, and other relevant data.
- You maintain accurate documentation for audits, inspections, and legal purposes. 7.
- Property Management Software and Systems — You utilize property management software and systems to streamline administrative tasks, track property-related information, and generate reports.
- You may also assist in implementing new technology or software solutions to enhance property management processes Qualifications & Required competencies for the role:
- Higher School — Certificate or any equivalent qualifications - Holder of credits in Maths and Accounting at A-Level.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field or property sector would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in pivot table, Accounting and Navision would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
- Care for a stronger client relationship and shows compassion.
- Passionate to work as a team and ability to work at different pace.
