Main mission

This role exists to ensure a refined hospitality experience by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and order of rooms after guest departures.
• Replace linens and toiletries according to hotel standards.
• Respond swiftly and efficiently to guest requests and complaints.
• Check the functionality of electrical appliances and technical installations in the rooms.
• Adhere to safety and health standards while promoting sustainable practices.

Key skills

• Secondary education or equivalent, additional training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to resolve complaints.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of another language is a plus.
