Key responsibilities

• 1. Perform day-to-day corporate administration activities of a varied portfolio of corporate structures
• 2. Ensure timely filing of audited financial statements, tax returns, and annual summaries with the FSC, Registrar of Companies (ROC) and Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA)
• Handle incorporations, bank account openings and winding up
• Liaise with bank account opening, payment processing and transaction monitoring
• Keeping track of client billing and following up on accounts receivable.

Goals & performance metrics

Operational Autonomy - Ability to handle incorporations of various structures, and changes to existing structures like change in director or shareholder, Transfer of Shares etc
