Bilingual Customer Success Manager (SaaS) - FR & ENG - Remote (Maurice)

Main mission

This role exists to ensure product adoption, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of French clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 60 French SaaS accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers.
• Ensure effective product adoption and customer lifecycle management.
• Advise clients on optimizing their WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track performance indicators and share structured feedback with internal teams.
