Document Analyst (Maurice)

Main mission

This role exists to ensure operational integrity through the analysis and validation of documents to guarantee their compliance and authenticity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data extracted from various documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify sophisticated document fraud using forensic analysis techniques to detect anomalies.
• Manage complex cases of damaged or non-standard documents using research skills to assess validity.
• Collaborate with policy and product teams to create and refine annotation guidelines considering global document diversity.
• Provide structured feedback to machine learning engineers on model performance and contribute to reference datasets for evaluation.

Key skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in document analysis or identity verification.
• Deep knowledge of global identity and financial documents.
• Ability to identify document fraud and manipulation techniques.
• Experience with document verification tools and OCR software.
• Understanding of KYC/AML frameworks and data privacy regulations.
