Main mission

This role exists to ensure the accuracy and transparency of commercial compensations while providing precise performance analyses to support sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and administer commercial compensations and bonus plans accurately and transparently.
• Maintain regular commercial reporting by extracting and manipulating raw data to provide a clear view of performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards using BigQuery, Looker, and Google Sheets to ensure a single source of truth.
• Identify and optimize manual bottlenecks in current reporting workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Manager and the revenue operations team to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for commercial leaders.

Key skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics or commercial operations
• Degree in mathematics, economics, finance, or a quantitative field
• Practical experience with BigQuery (SQL) and visualizations in Looker
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and financial modeling
• Ability to identify anomalies in raw datasets
