Customer Service Representative

The role

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll help them understand their insurance options, keep their policies up to date, and make sure every visit, call or email is handled professionally and quickly. Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional first impression for every client, whether they call, email or walk in, with every enquiry answered the same day
• Turn client enquiries into quotations and new policies for motor, accident, all-risk and boat insurance
• Retain existing clients by making sure every policy is renewed on time
• Guide clients through the claims process so they always know the next step and feel supported
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and policy documents in our systems

Work conditions

Full-time, Monday-Friday
