Kids Club Supervisor

Main mission

This role exists to ensure a rewarding and safe experience for children in the Mini Club while supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome parents and children to the Mini Club and show them around the facilities.
• Plan and execute a daily activity program suitable for children's ages while ensuring their safety.
• Efficiently manage staff and promote teamwork while monitoring daily employee attendance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while promoting safe work behaviors within the team.
• Prepare monthly reports on child attendance at the Mini Club and hold regular staff meetings.

Key skills

• Secondary education diploma or additional training in the relevant field.
• Basic First — Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Professional and empathetic communication skills with parents.
• Ability to manage conflicts and resolve complaints effectively.
