Assistant commercial

The role

The Commercial Assistant provides day-to-day commercial and administrative support to the Sales function, with a primary focus on pricing, quotations, tenders and commercial conditions. The role ensures that selling prices, customer-specific agreements and commercial conditions are accurately maintained and aligned with approved margins and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• • Maintain and regularly update selling prices, customer-specific price lists, fixed deals and commercial agreements in Business Central and the price list catalogue.
• • Coordinate price changes and commercial conditions with Sales, Purchasing and Management, ensuring timely implementation.
• • Monitor pricing transactions and identify discrepancies, including transactions below approved margin levels, and ensure timely corrective action.
• • Prepare and coordinate customer quotations and tender submissions in collaboration with the Sales team and relevant departments.
• • Ensure quotations and tenders reflect accurate pricing, product specifications, commercial conditions and approved margins
