Bilingual Customer Success Manager (SaaS) - FR & ENG - Remote

Main mission

This role aims to ensure product adoption, retention, and expansion of French-speaking client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 60 SaaS client accounts by building strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Ensure effective product adoption and monitor engagement indicators.
• Advise clients on optimizing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and analyze results.
• Guide new clients through product implementation and training sessions.
• Track performance indicators and provide structured feedback to internal teams.
