Main mission

This role exists to ensure the smooth and timely execution of vehicle transport missions at Convoicar.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of missions in real-time on the Convoicar platform
• Manage communications with jockeys to confirm missions and address unforeseen issues
• Ensure staffing by contacting available jockeys for open missions
• Handle incoming calls from jockeys, clients, and dealerships
• Verify and authenticate administrative and legal documents related to missions

Key skills

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Comfortable on the phone
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for hours aligned with France
