Main mission

This role aims to ensure the performance and reliability of operating systems and software within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain operating systems and hardware to ensure their proper functioning.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize software performance by analyzing needs and implementing improvements.
• Implement troubleshooting solutions to effectively resolve technical issues encountered.
• Provide reliable administrative support, including managing system backups and restorations.
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency.

Key skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology.
• Experience in architecture and administration of OpenText Core, GCDOCS, or Content Server solutions.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Skills in configuring and updating Content Server.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving IT problems.
