AI & Process Automation Specialist

Main mission

This role exists to transform operational processes by integrating automation tools that alleviate the workload of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly create solutions for operational teams.
• Build workflow automations connecting various case management systems and APIs into complete pipelines.
• Develop analyst-facing interfaces and triage tools using custom applications or Retool.
• Apply language models to reduce cognitive load in tasks such as classification and decision support.
• Collaborate with Disputes and Transaction — Monitoring teams to understand their actual work and translate pain points into operational tools.

Key skills

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to create real solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic understanding of APIs and ability to use them effectively.
• Familiarity with at least one language model API.
• Proactive mindset to deliver functional versions quickly.
