AI & Process Automation Specialist

Main mission

This role exists to transform operational processes by automating manual tasks using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to rapidly create tools for operational teams.
• Build workflow automations connecting various case management systems and APIs.
• Develop analyst-facing interfaces and triage tools using custom applications.
• Apply language models to reduce analysts' cognitive load.
• Collaborate with Disputes and Transaction — Monitoring teams to understand their real needs.

Key skills

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic understanding of APIs and ability to use them.
• Familiarity with at least one LLM API.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment.
