Main mission

This role exists to provide strategic HR support to managers to enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers in performance management to influence business strategy.
• Lead workplace investigations and manage employee relations processes.
• Advise on policy application and adapt global policies to local context.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws by advising managers on corrective actions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in HR tools and processes to enhance manager effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
• Strong communication skills
