BE4AI recherche son/sa Forward Deployed AI Engineer. Un profil encore rare, à la croisée de trois univers : BUSINESS × AI × ENGINEERING Notre objectif chez BE4AI est simple : aider les entreprises à transformer concrètement leurs processus grâce à l’intelligence artificielle. Nous ne cherchons donc pas uniquement quelqu’un capable de développer. Nous recherchons quelqu’un capable de comprendre un problème métier, imaginer la solution, la construire, la déployer et mesurer son impact. VOTRE MISSION Vous travaillerez directement avec nos clients et leurs équipes pour comprendre leur fonctionnement et identifier les opportunités offertes par l’IA et l’automatisation. Un dirigeant vous explique par exemple : « Mes commerciaux passent énormément de temps à traiter les demandes entrantes, les informations sont mal renseignées dans notre CRM et nous perdons des prospects. » Votre travail commence ici. Vous posez les bonnes questions. Vous cartographiez le processus. Vous identifiez les points de friction. Vous estimez la valeur potentielle. Puis vous concevez et construisez la solution : Agent IA + automatisation + CRM + API + règles métier + supervision humaine + reporting. Chez BE4AI, un PowerPoint n’est pas un projet terminé. Le projet est terminé lorsque la solution fonctionne réellement dans l’entreprise. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS Vous serez notamment amené(e) à : • analyser les processus d’une entreprise : commercial, administratif, RH, marketing, relation client, formation, finance, gestion documentaire… • conduire des ateliers de découverte avec des dirigeants, managers et utilisateurs ; • identifier les tâches répétitives, chronophages ou à faible valeur ajoutée ; • détecter les opportunités d’automatisation et d’utilisation de l’IA ; • transformer les besoins métiers en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ; • concevoir des agents et assistants IA ; • construire des workflows automatisés ; • connecter différents logiciels grâce aux API et webhooks ; • intégrer des solutions IA aux CRM, ERP et outils métiers ; • développer rapidement des prototypes ; • tester les solutions avec les utilisateurs ; • déployer les solutions en environnement réel ; • former et accompagner les équipes ; • mesurer les résultats et améliorer continuellement les solutions. Notre méthode : DISCOVERY → ANALYSE → BUILD → TEST → DEPLOY → MEASURE → IMPROVE 🛠️ ENVIRONNEMENT TECHNOLOGIQUE Selon les projets, vous pourrez travailler avec : IA / LLM OpenAI, Claude, Gemini et autres modèles Automation / Orchestration n8n, Make ou solutions équivalentes Development Python, JavaScript et technologies adaptées aux projets Data & Integration API REST, Webhooks, SQL, bases vectorielles, RAG Business Tools CRM, ERP, SaaS et outils collaboratifs La connaissance d’Odoo constitue un plus. Nous ne cherchons toutefois pas quelqu’un qui maîtrise tous les outils existants. Nous cherchons quelqu’un capable d’apprendre vite, d’expérimenter et de choisir la bonne technologie pour résoudre le bon problème. 👤 LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Vous avez idéalement une formation supérieure : 🎓 Master / Bac+5 🎓 École d’ingénieur 🎓 Informatique / Data / IA 🎓 Transformation digitale Un MBA / Executive MBA / Master en management, stratégie ou entrepreneuriat constitue un véritable avantage , car la compréhension de l’entreprise est essentielle dans ce métier. Mais le diplôme ne remplacera jamais la capacité à faire. Une expérience significative et démontrable pourra donc également être considérée. 💼 VOUS DEVEZ AIMER LE BUSINESS AUTANT QUE LA TECHNOLOGIE C’est probablement le point le plus important de cette annonce. Nous recherchons quelqu’un capable de comprendre : • comment fonctionne une entreprise ; • comment circule l’information ; • comment fonctionne un processus commercial ; • comment travaillent les équipes ; • comment fonctionne un CRM ou un ERP ; • pourquoi certaines tâches font perdre du temps ; • comment transformer un besoin opérationnel en solution technique ; • comment calculer la valeur et le ROI d’une automatisation. Une expérience en conseil, transformation digitale, intégration ERP/CRM, SaaS B2B, entrepreneuriat ou gestion de projets technologiques sera particulièrement appréciée. 🇫🇷 FRANÇAIS PROFESSIONNEL INDISPENSABLE Une grande partie de nos clients étant francophones, vous devez pouvoir conduire une réunion en français, comprendre précisément un besoin métier, challenger un dirigeant, reformuler un processus et présenter une solution. Vous n’avez pas besoin d’être francophone natif. Mais vous devez être parfaitement à l’aise dans un environnement professionnel francophone. 🇬🇧 Un très bon niveau d’anglais est également fortement apprécié, notamment pour évoluer dans l’écosystème technologique international. 🌍 VOUS N’HABITEZ PAS ENCORE À MAURICE ? Ce n’est pas nécessairement un problème. Le poste est également ouvert aux candidatures internationales souhaitant s’installer à l’Île Maurice , sous réserve d’éligibilité aux autorisations de travail applicables. Le poste est basé à Maurice, avec une organisation permettant de réaliser une grande partie des missions à distance.
